The community is invited to present comments on the proposed bylaw amendments at the public meeting on May 31, 2016 (click here for UEL Public Meeting Procedures) or in writing to the UEL Administration up to 4:30 p.m. June 14, 2016.
Colliers International has applied on behalf of Musqueam Block F Lands Ltd. to amend the land use (rezone) for 22-acre Block F bounded by University Boulevard, Toronto Road, Acadia Road and Ortona Road. The proposed bylaw amendments and new bylaws, if approved, would change the land use from Multi-Family Residential (MF-1) to Comprehensive Development (CD) permitting a mixed-use development.
Comment on the proposed bylaw amendments may be provided at the public meeting on May 31, 2016 or in writing to UEL Administration, 5495 Chancellor Boulevard, Vancouver up to 4:30 p.m. on June 14, 2016.
