Please find the e-mail from Ministry of Municipal Affairs and the Community Information Initiative Summary Report Results they’ve produced attached below.

Dear Mr. Forsyth,

I am writing to provide you with closing information regarding the Community Information Initiative. As you know, the Initiative was undertaken earlier this year to provide residents in the University Endowment Lands (UEL) with common information about the nature and operation of the UEL and to provide community members an opportunity to share their views about living in the UEL.

The Ministry appreciates all those who took the time to participate in the Initiative and provide their feedback. Ministry staff have reviewed the feedback received through the Initiative and a summary of the results is now publicly available. The summary of results can be accessed at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs’ website. A copy of the summary is also attached to this email for your convenience.

I apologize for the delay in sharing this summary with you. I hope that providing the summary of results will close the loop on the Initiative for the CAC and the UEL community.

I understand that UEL governance has been and remains an important issue for the UEL community and other interests. Ministry staff are aware of continued community interest in next steps, and as a strategy for moving forward is developed, we will share information with you as we can.

Sincerely,

Nicola Marotz

Executive Director
